Dental Implant Warranty — Lifetime
Every dental implant placed at Cellavia carries a lifetime warranty. This covers the implant fixture itself — the titanium or zirconia post surgically placed into your jawbone. If the implant fails to integrate or develops a structural defect at any point, we replace it at no charge.

What's Not Covered
Transparency is part of trust. These situations fall outside the guarantee:
- ✗ Damage caused by external trauma (accidents, falls, sports injuries)
- ✗ Complications directly caused by uncontrolled systemic conditions (e.g. unmanaged diabetes) if not disclosed before treatment
- ✗ Neglect of oral hygiene or failure to follow post-treatment care instructions
- ✗ Modifications, repairs, or adjustments made by another dentist without our prior written approval
- ✗ Failure to attend recommended follow-up appointments
- ✗ Normal wear and tear beyond the guarantee period
- ✗ Travel, accommodation, and incidental costs related to a return visit

Do dental implants come with a warranty in Turkey?
Yes. At Cellavia Dental, every implant — regardless of brand — comes with a lifetime warranty against implant failure. This covers osseointegration failure and structural defects of the implant fixture itself.
What happens if my implant fails after I return home?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your symptoms and photos. We will assess remotely and, if revision is needed, schedule your return visit. The replacement implant and surgical procedure are covered under your guarantee at no additional charge.
How long is the warranty on dental crowns and veneers?
All crowns (zirconia, PFM) and veneers (ceramic and composite laminates) carry a 5-year clinic guarantee against fracture, debonding, and structural failure under normal use.
Is composite bonding guaranteed?
Yes. Composite laminate veneers and bonding restorations are covered by a 5-year guarantee. Minor chips from normal wear are repaired or redone at no cost within the guarantee period.
Does the guarantee cover my travel costs if I need to return?
The guarantee covers the clinical procedure and materials. Travel and accommodation costs are the patient's responsibility, though we offer coordination support and partner hotel rates for return visits.
What voids the guarantee?
The guarantee may be voided by external trauma (accidents, sports injuries), neglect of oral hygiene, failure to attend recommended follow-ups, or unauthorized modifications by another dentist without prior consultation with our team.
