Dr. Mustafa Erdem
General Dentist - 40 Years Experience
Dr. Mustafa Erdem was born in 1962 in Elazığ-Maden and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 1985. He gained clinical experience at the Universities of Düsseldorf and Frankfurt in Germany before founding his first private dental practice in Osmanbey, Istanbul in 1987. Over four decades he has served thousands of patients across all branches of dentistry, keeping pace with the latest advances through national and international congresses and seminars. In 2019, he co-founded Özel Dental Center in Gaziosmanpaşa alongside his son Dr. Alp Erdem.

Dr. Mehmet Alp Erdem graduated from Okan University Faculty of Dentistry in 2021 and began his doctoral studies in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Yeditepe University in 2022, specialising in implantology, sinus lift, impacted tooth surgery, and jaw reconstruction. In 2025, he was appointed Chief Assistant in the Surgical Department at Yeditepe University. Operating at a surgical volume of approximately 600 implants per month over the past six years, Dr. Alp has performed more than 40,000 successful implant surgeries with a documented success rate of 99.2%. At Cellavia, he serves as Clinical Director, leading all surgical procedures under the oversight of founding surgeon Dr. Mustafa Erdem.

Dt. Seda Hazal Kuru was born in 1995 in Bursa and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 2019. She has been pursuing her PhD in Prosthodontics at Yeditepe University since 2021, where her doctoral thesis focuses on the fit accuracy and structural durability of All-on-4 prostheses — supervised by Prof. Dr. Ender Kazazoğlu, Head of the Prosthodontics Department. She holds an English C1 Advanced certificate from EF Cambridge and has trained under globally recognised clinicians including Dr. Galip Gürel in advanced porcelain laminate veneers and smile design. At Cellavia, she leads all prosthetic planning and delivery for international patients.
